  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. For more details on shipping restrictions, please contact our customer service team.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, certain products such as Eye Makeup Remover, Lip Balm & Treatments, and Face Wash & Cleanser cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide detailed instructions, including the return address and any necessary forms.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

If you are exchanging an item:

  • We will ship the replacement item to you once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees for the replacement item will be covered by LushSkin Shop.
