Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain products such as Eye Makeup Remover, Lip Balm & Treatments, and Face Wash & Cleanser are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the return address and any necessary forms.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Policy
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item to you once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping fees for the replacement item will be covered by LushSkin Shop.
